Full Spectrum Seamoss is the same seamoss that has been intentionally dried and cured to maintain its natural color and phytonutrients. The full spectrum has a more potent taste as well as more potent effects! Sea Moss naturally grows in a variety of colors but typically the color is 'bleached' during the drying process from the sun.  Colors range from purple to green to red. The different colors of sea moss is believed to each have its own unique benefits which locals swear by!
